Shane Noble is the operator behind 11 Properties, a residential fix-and-flip company active in Salt Lake City's $2–3M market.

With 10 years in construction and real estate investment, Shane built his track record from the ground up — starting with entry-level acquisitions and methodically moving into Utah's luxury tier. That progression wasn't accidental. It was earned deal by deal, renovation by renovation.

Every capital partner has been returned their capital plus agreed interest on every deal — without exception. Not because every deal went perfectly. Because that is the standard held regardless of outcome.

Shane operates remotely from Idaho Falls, Idaho — running active luxury renovation projects in Salt Lake City through systems built for precision, not proximity. If the business only worked when he was on-site, it wouldn't be a business worth investing in.
